Job Description:
As a clerk at KP, you will gain career-defining experience and collaborate closely with our elite team. We target attorneys who not only stand out among their peers, but who also seek to make work an enjoyable place.

Clerk Responsibilities:
- Respond to Office Actions from the Patent Office.
- Draft client recommendations for how to manage individual cases.
- Participate in Examiner interviews.
- Draft patent applications including claims, specifications, and drawings.
- Receive one-on-one training and feedback from partners and associates.
- Participate in daily personal interactions with other partners and associates.
