Mallorie McMurray focuses her practice on patent drafting and prosecution, primarily for software-related technologies. Mallorie also advises and assists clients with other intellectual property issues.
Mallorie graduated magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where she was a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review. During law school, Mallorie was also a Dean’s Fellow for BYU’s Academic Success Program. Prior to law school, Mallorie graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Microbiology. During her studies, Mallorie’s research centered on phage therapy.
In her spare time, Mallorie enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, and playing tabletop games.
