Brianne (Brie) Kingery

ASSOCIATE

Brie is an associate at Keller Preece. Brie helps her clients protect their innovations through strategic intellectual property counsel. Brie assists clients in securing patents across a range of industries, including software, computer systems, and biotechnology, guiding them from initial disclosure through prosecution and beyond.

Before joining Keller Preece, Brie worked as an attorney at an Am Law 200 national intellectual property law firm.

Brie graduated with high honors from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, and externed with Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court. During law school, Brie served as a senior editor of the law review and as president of the BYU chapter of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.

Prior to law school, Brie graduated with high honors in Molecular Biology at Brigham Young University, assisted in on-campus and off-campus cancer research labs, and served as a Genomics teaching assistant.

In her free time, Brie enjoys reading and hiking.
