Luke’s current practice focuses on patent and trademark drafting and prosecution. He graduated with honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he served as Executive Text Editor of the Utah Law Review and conducted legal research in domestic and international patent law. Prior to law school, Luke earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Utah State University and worked as an Aerospace Systems Engineer for several years.
Luke enjoys mountain biking, playing soccer, reading, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
